This morning I decided to rebrand our Facebook Development profile after it changed to the new timeline layout. Its a private profile page that only our clients get to see where they can test their Facebook apps while in development. This page is then an important touch point directly between us and our clients that we can manage to make sure they have a consistent user experience throughout all communication.
With the launch of Facebooks timeline, I designed an Origin Partners cover photo for our page. Have a look at www.facebook.com/originpartners

We are so close to launching our new site. Just a few more tweeks and we should be live. This is just a little graphic for the site that highlights our work in mobile.

This is a screenshot of a microsite for a story book app that I’ve been working on. I’ve gone for a traditional one page layout for the site, using different sections to highlight the features of the app. I kept the graphics very rich and warm to keep with the style of the book’s illustrations.
The next stage is to finalize the copy and to move on to building the html version.

@vincentmilliken (our placement student) is hard at work designing a new login screen for our Origin Control CSM users. He’s been working on a few treatments of our logo for the panel and been experimenting with CSS3 to create a push effect on the button.

Elevate Sports Solutions is a project that I thought I’d share with you as it was recently released on the App Store and Android Market. I designed the user interface while our developers here at Origin Partners built it in both IOS and Android.
I had fun designing the main navigation buttons and used real elements in the design to help visualize the sections. At first I thought the navigation could use a swipe functionality but then as requirements changed so did the design into a panel layout.

Working on a nice little navigation for a smart business website. I’m keeping the drop down clean and simple.
Recently I’ve been working designing and developing an ipad book app. One of the challenges I faced was coming up with navigational design elements that would match the feel and style of the illustrations. In the end I went with little tags that would hang over each page of the book.
Woohoo!! Origin Partners has a new Facebook page. We used the awesome Icon Sweet 2 set created by the equally great Yummygum team.
